Bruce Platine, Home Inspector
Background
My father built houses and apartment buildings. He was one of a group that
started ASHI in1976 and brought me on board in 1978. To date, I have had
20 years of ASHI education and experience.
My whole life and background is building. Starting at ten years old picking
up wood and debris to put in piles to dispose. I would work with every
contractor on site, from concrete forms, framer, plumber, electrician, finish
carpenter, painter, roofer, etc.
At nineteen, I started designing and building houses on my own. Training
and operating framing, finish carpentry, painting, and site work (machines)
crews. Three of my employees went on to become builders.
Today, over 9,000 home inspections later, I have plenty of experience and
knowledge to perform thorough home inspections in and around the
Metrowest area. I provide on the spot reports so you will know exactly
what issues have been uncovered during your home inspection and you can
make quick, informed decisions.
